You can return your item upon 7 days of the receipt of the item you wish to return. Please send us an email to include your order number @ellaj@ejjewelry.net for more information on how to process a return.

Please return item(s) in a sealable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging packaging within 7 days of receipt. please do not send items outside of this time-frame or they will be refused.

Unfortunately we do not offer a free return label, the delivery fee of the items sent for return belongs to the consumer.

Your deliver const cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid. 

Earrings items can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are a final sale and there is no return and cannot be refunded.

If the item is wore and damaged or normal wear and tear the item cannot be accepted as a return

If the item gets returned the money returned will only be for the products that was payed, not shipping and labeling fees. 

There is no exchange of the times. 

REFUNDS

We will notify once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

UNDELIVERED PARCELS

* If you are not at home

* If the courier could not find a safe place to leave the mail

* If you have not paid the custom tax ( for international orders only). The mail is returned back to us. When the parcel is returned to us , we will issue a refund.
